Tattoos can be more than ink under the first layer of skin, it can have the purpose and meaning you want it to have, here is where my idea comes in.
I was raised surrounded by chinese porcelain and always felt inspired and mesmerized by them, I know some of you share the same passion as I do so this is a DIY tattoo project, you can chose the symbols according to meanings, shape and colours, I will do the final design and then you’ll be able to tattoo a vase made specially for you by you.
Notice that not every existing symbol is on the list, these are the ones with which I identify and am comfortable tattooing, I want to give you my best, so I prefer to reduce the list of symbols until I feel confident I can do other symbols (more may be added to the list in the future, once my experience grows to meet their needs), vase shapes and symbols share meanings, but in colours the colour blue doesn’t apply to blue and white porcelain, so don’t be afraid to ask that! The meaning being each symbol is simplified to fit into this list, many symbols have a story behind and may become extensive and confusing to add to the form, but please fill free to ask for a more detailed explanation on the symbol, I will try to give you the best I can and some sources for you to check and see if it resonates with you.
This project is not available to be tattooed on the ribs, belly and waist.
